What is the Corporate Mitra Initiative?
- Scheme announced in Union Budget 2026-27 under the guidance of the Ministry of **Corporate Affairs (MCA)**.
- Joint initiative of ICAI, ICSI, and ICoAI, supported academically and technologically by IIT Madras, IIT Madras Pravartak, and SWAYAM Plus.
Key operational features
- Aims to create a cadre of certified paraprofessionals to assist Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with statutory and regulatory filings.
- Delivered through the dedicated Corporate Mitra Learning Management System (LMS).
- Reduces compliance costs for small businesses while expanding employment opportunities in professional services.
