Explanation
- A
November, 2020
The India Climate Change Knowledge Portal was launched by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change in November 2020 (16 November 2020). It is a single-window compilation of India’s climate missions, policies and data. That month is the official key.
- B
December, 2020
December 2020 is a neighbouring month often confused with year-end climate events, but the portal’s launch date is November, not December.
- C
September, 2020
September 2020 saw other environment-calendar activity, not this portal’s inauguration. The stored key is not September.
- D
October, 2020
October 2020 is likewise a near miss. The ministry’s launch of the knowledge portal is recorded in November 2020.
Summary. Official key is (a) November 2020. The portal was meant to put India’s climate actions, NAPCC missions and related datasets in one public place. Month-options around the 2020 climate calendar are the distractors. Do not shift the launch to COP-season December or to September–October. Honour the stored letter (a).
