A crime against a body is a public failure. Cause is power plus silence. Solution is light, a file that moves, and a street that can be walked.

Believe the complaint; investigate; light the bus and the delay in court. POCSO and the 2013 law are tools — they fail when the thana will not write. Do not freeze every man as the enemy; move the furniture of impunity. Close on a street a woman can walk, and a record that was actually opened. That is cause named and a remedy that can be done.
