Last paragraph
The child who copies a prayer and then jumps a queue has not failed a hymn. The school has failed a practice. Education and moral values meet where a skill can still say no — to a leaked paper, a caste joke, a bribe at a window. A morning assembly cannot replace a present teacher, a fair copy, and a punishment that does not humiliate. Values are public: how a file moves, how a girl walks home, how a mark is given. Do not write a greeting-card ending. Teach a competence that can refuse, and a shame that is just. The last paragraph should leave one classroom habit a district can keep this year.
